Types of CDL Schools

 Community Colleges

Community colleges are high quality, usually a bit longer and less expensive training programs than other schools.

Independent Private

Independent private schools are designed to make a profit.  This makes for shorter training times as well as flexible training times such as weekends.

Company
Sponsored

Carrier sponsored schools can be some of the best opportunities for new drivers OR the very worst and most disastrous for new drivers.  Get all the facts first as a CDL-USA member.

Paying for CDL School

How your CDL is paid for is more important than how much is paid!

If you pay $15,000, $6,000, $2,000, or ZERO $ out of your pocket:

You get the same CDL.

You get the same job.

You drive the same roads.

You learn the same skills.

You obey the same laws.

You get the same opportunities!

Why should you pay to invest in your future when some else may be willing to invest for you and you both reach your goals?
