As a CDL-USA member driver you can select from several custom online career coaching packages.
With the help of your self-paced, self-selected modules, your experience, your dreams, your drive, and your life lessons, you will see where you are now and where you will be in six days, weeks, months, and years. You will develop and discover a plan to get you there, determine how long it will take and the exact next steps to put your plans into action and get results.
These simple coaching tools will get you off to a solid driving career right now, but as an added bonus they will also help you address future short or long term goals.

What is the coaching relationship with carriers?
As a driver, the coaching relationship is between you and the CDL-USA Driver Career Coaching Program. The coaching packages, coaching information and interactions between CDL-USA and you are confidential and will not be shared with the carrier, carrier representative, or any outside source without your permission unless you use your membership to do something illegal.
CDL-USA's success is based on drivers' trust in CDL-USA as an "outside" third party used to facilitate the inner strengths, resourcefulness, and capabilities of each individual driver to discover, evaluate, make wise informed decisions as a professional driver and avoid industry traps.

CDL-USA employees are not employees of, or obligated to, the sponsors. All sponsorships are considered "scholarships" for coaching services with no strings attached to the driver and imply no obligation between the driver and the sponsor.
The CDL-USA Career Coaching Program is online. There are no in person, telephone, or individual contact other than through CDL-USA membership services. There are no guaranteed results, no charges, and no obligation other than minimal participation by drivers.
CDL-USA is not qualified nor are we or any of our programs or employees qualified, imply or intend to give or offer legal, financial or medical advice. Participants are encouraged to contact licensed professionals if they wish these services.
CDL-USA makes our money if drivers make money by finding and keeping a solid driving career. The hiring carriers also make money by hiring drivers at a fair wage and offering goal-oriented career paths. CDL-USA's vision is to have the most positive hiring process for both drivers and carriers in the U.S. driving industry.
