First Job / Best Job coaching course will show you how to find your ideal job after CDL school. The course explains the different filters used by carriers for screening applicants. The course will also show you how to make your own filters to screen carriers and jobs through specific questions, interview techniques, and negotiation. Most importantly, this course will show you how to find the exact first driving job that will meet both your expectations and the offering carrier's expectations for the job offered. Through the proprietary (one of a kind) CDL-USA Job Vault available only to CDL-USA members you will select matching jobs, contact carriers then decide which carrier and offer you want to accept. Member carriers routinely submit current jobs targeted to new, inexperienced drivers. Jobs are listed by specific filters so you can compare "apples to apples" when choosing.
